From private Reiki and breathwork sessions to women’s circles and custom spiritual experiences, each offering is thoughtfully created around the people, the intention and the moment.

Breathwork Journey
Guided breathwork to help you reconnect with your body, move through stored emotion, and cultivate greater clarity and presence.
Using a rhythmic two-part breath and an intentionally curated musical journey, you’ll be guided inward while remaining in control of your breath and experience throughout.
Each journey includes time to arrive and set an intention, active breathwork, space to soften and integrate, and grounding before you return to your day.
Afterward, you’ll receive access to your session’s curated Spotify playlist so you can return to the music and experience whenever it calls to you.
No previous breathwork experience is needed.
Your breath already knows the way.

Reiki
Gentle energy work to support relaxation, nervous system regulation, and deeper connection with yourself.
Each session is an invitation to slow down and receive. Reiki is offered with light to no touch and may be supported by tuning forks, sound, crystals, oracle or tarot, and other energetic tools as intuitively guided.
After your session, you’ll receive a detailed emailed reflection of the energetic themes, observations, and insights that arose during our time together.

Women's Gatherings
Sacred spaces to breathe, move, connect, and be witnessed in community.
Each gathering is created around a seasonal theme or intention and may weave together guided breathwork, crystal singing bowls and sound, meditation, oracle or tarot, reflection, ritual, movement, and meaningful connection.
Some gatherings invite deep rest and inward reflection. Others invite expression, movement, and play. Each experience is intentionally created with space to arrive exactly as you are.
Gatherings are offered throughout the year in Salem, Oregon.

Custom Experiences
Intentional experiences created for two people or small groups, shaped around your people, occasion, and intention.
Your experience may weave together Reiki, guided breathwork, crystal singing bowls and sound, meditation, oracle or tarot, reflection, connection practices, movement, and simple ritual.
