Reiki is a gentle energy practice that supports relaxation, restoration, and reconnection.
Rather than trying to “fix” what is wrong, Reiki creates space for the body, mind and spirit to soften and return to balance in their own way and time. Many people experience a sense of calm, clarity, emotional release, or deep rest during a session.
My approach to Reiki is intuitive and client centered. Each session is unique, guided by what feels most supportive for you in the moment. During some sessions, intuitive impressions, symbols, or themes may emerge. When appropriate, I share these observations as gentle reflections to support your own self-awareness and healing process. I hold space with compassion, presence and trust in your body’s innate wisdom.
Whether you are navigating stress, grief, transition, burnout, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, Reiki offers an opportunity to pause, listen inward and recharge.

Sound has a remarkable ability to reach us beyond words.
Throughout our lives, we naturally respond to rhythm, vibration, and frequency. Certain sounds can help quiet mental noise, encourage relaxation, and create a sense of spaciousness within the body.
In each session, I incorporate carefully selected music and sound frequencies to support the healing environment. When intuitively guided, I also use tuning forks, whose gentle vibrations can help encourage energetic flow and invite the body into a deeper state of relaxation and presence.
Sound is never the focus of the session - it is simply another layer of support. A subtle invitation to soften, settle and reconnect with yourself.
