Held With Intention
Personal experiences created around where you are, what you’re moving through, and what you’re calling in.
-
When you’ve been running on empty, carrying everyone else, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, sometimes you need a space to stop doing and allow yourself to receive.
This restorative Reiki experience begins with a conversation about how you’re feeling and what you need most in the moment. From there, you’ll settle in to receive Reiki and intuitive energetic support, with tuning forks, crystals, oracle guidance incorporated when they support your intention.
Come tired. Come overwhelmed. Come exactly as you are.
There is nothing for you to do here except receive.

Sometimes what you’re carrying doesn’t need to be figured out. It needs a safe place to be felt, witnessed, and released.
About 24 hours before we meet, we’ll connect briefly about what you’re moving through and what you’re ready to create space for. This gives me time to thoughtfully prepare a playlist specifically for your journey.
When we meet, we’ll begin by setting an intention before moving into an active, pranayama-based breathing practice. You’ll be guided through the experience with your personalized playlist while being supported and witnessed in a safe, intentional space where whatever arises is welcome.
We’ll close with time to rest, integrate, and gently return to yourself.
Afterward, you’ll receive session notes with reflections intuitive messages, and anything that came forward during our time together.
Come with what you’ve been carrying. Leave with a little more room to breathe.

For in-person experiences, any candle, crystal, or small ritual item chosen specifically for your work is yours to take home.
